What is the average year spent by a person (permanent worker, aged 25
to 35) in the same job / position within the same company /
organisation in Tokyo?

The reason I am asking is that people now change jobs frequently and I
was wondering how long do people in my age group spent in the same
job? I would also like to compare this with people in other cities
(hence the post of the same question for different cities) and whether
cultural background / economic condition / or other factors has an
impact on this. Your thoughts or comments are also welcomed.
