I am doing a research paper on ATV mortality, and I need to develop a
crude population at risk for the states of VT and NY.  As you know
there are alot of people in NY that do not ride ATVs (those that live
in the city), so using Census numbers will be inaccurate.  Do you know
of a way to estimate the number of ATVs sold in NY?  Let me know if
you do?

I would like unit sales for each state 1998-2001.  Try finding
infomation regarding Speciality Vehicle instutitue of America.  They
apparently have this information, however I cannot find any dedicated
web site to this institute.  Maybe you guys at goooogle can.

Unfortunately I have only located ATV unit sales by State for 2001.

Perhaps another researcher will be able to locate ATV unit sales for
each state for 1998-2001.
