Local ordinances typically dictate the legality of swingers clubs. There is no federal law realated to it that I'm aware of. When my wife and I started our business, we contacted the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom at http://www.ncsfreedom.org/ and received referrals to several attorneys in our area that were well versed in the ordinances surrounding swingers clubs and online matchmaking sites. |

swingers clubs are legal, there are two types on premise and off premise this pertains to sexual activity. Typically the clubs will not be granted a liqour licence and guests of the club will byob. Online dating sites for swingers are legal as long as there is an over 18 disclaimer, a good example of an online site that organizes offline parties at swinger clubs is http://www.sdc.com |

Yes using sites like adultfriend finder or www.TheSexLocator.com are perfectly legal because you are not paying for sex just finding out where you can find sex. |
