I need some research, probably from the Microsoft.com site.  I am
looking for Q&A's or other information that discusses how best to
handle the following
problem:

I have a set of forms that I print and fill-out.  I would like to use
some form of electronic form that allows me to easily input data into
the computer (Laptop, PC, or TabletPC).  I would also like the ability
to export data from these forms to other Office Applications or
publish on the Web.
