How many legal state (or multi-state) lotteries are there in America? 
In 2003, how many people won more than a million dollars? More than 5 million?
In the past 20 years how many people won more than a million dollars?

There are 39 states that offer their own lotteries and there are 177
lottery games in the United States including pick 3 and pick 4 games.
