I know Leonard Lowe (Oliver Sacks 'Awakenings') wrote his
autobiography, but was it ever published and where can I get a copy?

This is not an answer, only the result of my research so far.
It seems that Dr. Oliver Sacks, who quoted Leonard L.'s autobiography
in his book (the name "Lowe" was made up for the movie), is the only
one who had access to that manuscript. I recommend that you contact
Dr. Sacks using his professional contact address:
