I have a pair of tickets to the opening game of the 1964 World series
at Connie Mack stadium in Philadelphia. Of course, the Phillies did
not win the pennant, so that game never happened.

Can you give me a ballpark (pun intended) idea of what they might be worth?

For this type of collectible, the typical answer is that they're worth
whatever someone is willing to pay for it. You may want to contact
some sports collectible stores in Philadelphia to assess the potential
market.
