We are looking for name of three or so research firms that specialize in
or perform significant research for residential developments.  We want
to commission market research to guide us in designing condo/timeshare
and other mixed use residential such as condo/hotel properties. What
are buyers of second residences looking for in their purchase?  The
location for the developments are in Las Vegas.

I was not able to find a specific real estate research firm in Las
Vegas. Would research firms having a nationwide (US) scope be ok as an
