I am taking two commissioned sales people "off of commission" and into
a bonus structure now that they are in "marketing" and "not" sales.  I
want each to earn a quarterly bonus, but because they are not
generating the proposal and following the process through to closure,
what are the parameters for earning a bonus?  How do I and for what do
I compensate these two as marketeers and not salespeople?
