My son recently got a speeding ticket in Vermont. He has a
Massachusetts license. He is willing to pay the fine ($154) but hopes
to avoid the points on his license and the added insurance costs. If
he pays the fine promptly, will Vermont notify Massachusetts of the
violation anyway? From what I've read here, Massachusetts is a member
of NRVC, while Vermont is a member of NRVC and DLC. Thanks in advance.
