know the name. The first way I would try would be to contact the
Texas University Medical Branch (UTMB) and ask if they had a
forwarding address for the employee. If so, then I would ask them if
I might send a letter to them to be forwarded to the person. I doubt
they would give out the forwarding address, but they may agree to
forward a letter or to even phone the person and give them your
contact information. UTMB also offers a "Find A Person" link in the
left column of the main page on the site. Since there seems to be
different programs within the Branch, so you would probably need to
know which area they were in, and whether they were a student worker
or regular worker.
If this search does not yeild the information you require, you might
try looking at local organizations of which they might have been a
member. Contacting those organizations might return a contact
address. Also, if you believe the person is still in the area
somewhere, try taking out a classified ad stating you are looking for
the person.
If all else fails and you have the funds, you might hire the services
of a private detective (online and/or off line) to see if they might
find the person. Also, if you have a phone number or address, you may
be able to make use of the reverse directories at AnyWho.com.
