I am on H-4B visa, dependant on my father. He is aplying for labor
certification and the process will start by 3rd april, 2006. I turn 21
on 26th April, 2006.
a. Will I be still able to get work permit through him. 

b. Can I get an extension on my H-4B for three years after 21? 

c. Will I get a green card through my father if I am older than 21?
