My mother in law is selling her house and would like me to do somthing with her chipped terrezzo flooring for fear that people will not buy baised on the "divits" in the floor. Appearently there was carpet in the house over the terrezzo. When they decided to remove the carpet they also pulled up the tack strip which was nailed into the terrazzo arround the parimiter of the rooms. This left chunks of missing terrazzo here and there. I have tried my local home stores to no avail. I am at my wits end, please help before I break down and pay a terrazzo flooring expert the big bucks for his services... ps The holes are fairley shallow and yes I have tried to get paint flek and chips of marble to match but nothing seems to match... |

If she's selling she will probably make a profit just consider getting this done professinally a cost of getting the house in shape to be sold. OR just cover it with carpet again. |
