Please search the phrase "Light Up the Night", which was used by women
marching at night through dangerous neighbourhoods (using candles or
flashlights). I need to know if this phrase and action was copyright,
or may I use the phrase to remind neighbours to leave porch lights on
for safety, deterring criminal acts in long winter nights.
