Go to a pet store. You need a chemical solution that will react with
and neutralize the odors.

There is a product called OdorZyme that is the best I have used! It is
an enzyme based product that actually removes the odors and stains
from urine. I also used it on some wine that we spilled and it removed
that as well.If you have an ongoing problem, don't waste money on the
small bottle! Buy the 1/2 Gallon or Gallon. It is a lot less expensive
if you have a big area or continuing problem. The manufacture also has
a product call PetFreshner that we use on our dog and his bedding that
keeps the odors down. I found this product at a site called
urine-out.com. Hope this helps!

A product I have found that works is Zero Odor from http://www.zeroodorpet.com/
I have 3 indoor cats and it keeps the odor from the litter boxes down
to a manageable level, even if I only clean them every other day.
According to their website:

Zero Odor is absolutely safe for you and your pets.
All of our safety tests are rigorously performed by independent
laboratories. Zero Odor scores zero on all measures of toxicity.
It also registers at absolute zero in dermal irritation tests --
meaning it won't cause skin irritation in humans or pets.
Zero Odor's primary active ingredient is the very same one that
continues to be used in human hydrotherapy treatments in hospitals,
nursing homes and recuperative institutions.

There are a couple of alternatives you can use. Pet stores sell
products which vary in effectiveness and are somewhat pricey. The key
is to use a product which contains enzymes. Some come in concentrated
form where you add water and then use the resulting solution on the
stain. In these cases the solution must be used within a relatively
short period of time or the enzymes will become less effective. There
are also products such as "Nature's Miracle" which work well. If
you're applying the product to a stain on a carpet, you must be sure
to apply the enzyme product in enough quantity to soak all the way
through the carpet and the padding, down to the floorboards. If you
don't get the product EVERYWHERE there is a stain, the odor will
return (it may be diminished, but it will come back). The other
challenge is to allow the carpet to dry without mildewing. If you
stain is in a large area, it may be best to actually pull up the
carpet, apply the solution and then don't tack the carpet back down
until everything is perfectly dry. With a product like Nature's
Miracle we've often put it in a small tank sprayer (especially when
housebreaking our dogs) that we can keep handy for emergencies.

There are also home-made solutions which you can use. We've used them
quite effectively as well--and they are TONS cheaper than the pet
store products. You can find lots of tips and products at the
following web site:
<a href="http://www.easypetodorremoval.com/">

One other thing that might help you and that's a "black light". It's
a flourescent light that will cause pet stains (and other stains from
animals and people too) to glow in a dark room. The stains will
appear as yellowish spots. You might be surprised how many of them
you actually have!

Hope this helps.

Zero Odor is nothing but dilute chlorine bleach with a bit of scent
added to mask the smell of chlorine--which remains after the first
scent is gone. Dilute chlorine is excellent for getting rid of odors,
but don't waste your money on "miracle" products.
