Hello, I am looking for the name and contact information for the owner
of a property in Watauga, Texas. The following Link gives the address
of the property, Name of a corp ( Watauga 377, LLC) which may or may
not still be the actual owner. I have a C/O address which is the
leasing agent. I have all the leasing agent contact info, and do not
need anything to do with leasing agents. I need owners name and
contact info., phone number, email address, and physical address etc,
of the CURRENT owner of the property.

It wasn't easy, but I managed to reveal the identity of the property's owner.

The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts lists only one company of the
name "Watauga 377":

Watauga 377 L.L.C.
82 W Armstrong Drive
Mustang, OK 73064-3102

The registered agent of this company is Quine & Associates, the same
company as listed in the county assessor's record as the c/o address
leading to the leasing agent. So there can be no doubt that this
Watauga 377 is identical with the company owning the property.

Knowing the street address of the company owning the property, I did
more research and found out, that this address is the joint location
of several real estate companies all sharing the same telephone
number, 405-376-4509. The mother company of all those entities seems
to be H.F.W. Investments, owned by Mike Schuminsky and headquartered
at the same address.

I also found out that Oklahoma-born Mr. Schuminsky, who is living in
Las Vegas now and also leading several Nevada-based real estate
companies, already bought property in Watauga before, through his
representatives Quine & Associates.

Unfortunately, it proved absolutely impossible to find an e-mail
address or a website for the company; but I managed to find a
telephone number and a fax number (unfortunately, I may not verify
those numbers by calling them). So here is the best contact
information available:

Since I found absolutely no indication that the property has been sold
again, we may assume that this company - or one of its incarnations -
