Dear gdcmac-ga

I assume you mean "arrested while in office". If so, let me know if
this answers your question:

Ulysses S. Grant was the only president of the United States to ever
be arrested AND CONVICTED during his term of office, and as it turns
out he was arrested for speeding. He was arrested for exceeding the
speed limit while driving a team of spirited horses through the
streets of Washington (on what is now the Washingtoniana division of
Martin Luther King). He was fined $20.

There were no ?tickets? in those days of course but in 1843 President
Franklin Pierce was also arrested while in office for running down an
elderly pedestrian with his horse. The charges were eventually dropped
for lack of evidence.
