Recently i was introduced to a local deli for their delicious sandwiches
that came spread with the famous garlic sauce (on both sides of the
bread), and since then i can't stop thinking about the sandwiches,
because of the tasty garlic sauce!!!I can tell you that it's not over
powering with the smell of garlic, nor the taste of pungent garlic
taste in the mouth, but its of green color, perhaps its close to pesto
garlic sauce without the nuts, pinenuts, filbert nuts etc. definitely
lots of extra virgin oil due to the dark green yellow color oil. It
either has parsely, or some basil...here's the link to the sandwich
