Book Finder is also an excellent source of both new and used books.
There does not appear to be a copy of the specific title you are
interested in listed, however you may wish to examine this list more
closely to see if, perhaps, it is included in one of the titles
available.

As mentioned by pattisw, it is listed (but none are available now) at
Amazon.
You have to preorder or periodicly check it.
The Books of Enoch: Aramaic Fragments of Qumran Cave 4 by JOsef
Tadeusz, Milik
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0198261616

This is another source of used books. It was not listed now, but it
might show up. As pattisw suggested, use the author's last name as a
search key.

You can also leave a search going on ebay.com. That might turn up
something.
