I'm looking for a software package with the following features: 1. Client/Server based so that data is held centrally on a Server (Windows 2000 Server and/or Windows 2003 compatible only). Can be MS SQL Server based if required since we already have that installed. 2. Must record time spent on defined projects for clients by individual users. So, the reports would show date, time, user, client, project, cost base and sub-total. I seem to remember an old package that had a stopwatch that you clicked to start recording time and clicked again to stop. Unfortunately I can't remember what it's called. 3. The ability to report on both client and the server. The server reports should allow totals per client, project and user. 4. As much as possible, the software should ONLY include these features (no overkill if possible). It will be used in the legal profession but in a niche market. 5. If possible the software should be supported by an English-speaking team. $10 bonus if anyone can find something that suits all of the above in 24 hours! Thanks |

Hey thanks. That looks great and it even has a stopwatch! I've had a look at the demos and requested a trial, but it seems to do everything we need. Many thanks. By the way, you're not an expert - how do I pay you? |

No problem at all. Google only allow their "registered experts" to get paid for answering questions here. I just do it for the love! Good luck with timewatch, they have a great reputation and plenty of happy customers. |
