Hi Pcventures!
Most home coffee brewing is 2 Tbs. per 6 oz of water. To make two cups
of coffee, use 4 tablespoons of ground coffee.
Making a great cup of coffee
?How much coffee is a matter of taste. Start with 2 level tablespoons
for each eight ounces of water and go from there. (If you really like
strong coffee, start with 2½ tablespoons).?

The Coffee to Water Proportion
?When asked about how much coffee to use, most people will recite the
following - two tablespoons of ground coffee for each six ounces of
water. For espresso, use 7-8 grams for a single shot, and 14-16 grams
for a double shot. What's important to remember is that taste is very
subjective, so once you've established your personal cup taste - stick
to it. If you find a coffee that's too strong, add a little hot water
to the brewed coffee or try changing to a lighter bean or roast.?

The Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) defines a cup is
defined as 6 ounces of water before brewing. This will produce 5.33
ounces of brewed coffee. For most home coffee brewing, use 2 Tbs. per
6 oz of water.
