I need 2 graphs: 1 with the unemployment in Holland over the past 20
years and 1 with the inflation in Holland over the past 20 years.

One source for the unemployment statistics is Netherlands Staline.
Search for the unemployment data and then build the table you require.
(It may take a while to get the hang of it). You can then change it
into a graph. Their inflation figures only go back to 1998, which is
why this is a comment and not an answer.
