Looking for newsgroups specialised in Hasidic and Jewish music from
which I can download using grabit. Including newsgroups using hebrew
caracters. Not interested in general music newsgroups where this music
occasionnally appears.

where (on which newsgroup) it appears. It seems that this is the way

I do not want any newsgroups where these matters are discussed, I need
the newsgroups on which this music is posted and where hundreds of
files of jewish music (hasidic, cantorial, yiddish, etc) are available
for downloading.

I think that the reason your question is not answered is not its
pricing, but the fact that file-sharing through grabit is not
completely legal.

Seems like it would be legal if the files are public domain, which
many older klezmer, etc., songs would be.
