Please can you give me a list of the companies in the UK that offer
prepaid credit/debit cards with Visa or Mastercard. The card must be
available to someone under 18 in the UK (the company can be UK or USA
based (preferably UK) but must be open to application from a UK
resident). Please can you provide the websites that offer this. Thank
