The researcher should post the answer no later than Thursday, November
18, 2004 10 p.m.

I have a job interview for an e-business analyst managing online *Business*
banking customers for a financial services company.  I am looking for
tutorials or other material that would quickly educate me sufficiently
so that I could sit down with the hiring manager and sound
intelligent.  (I have a college degree and experience in presenting
summarized, analytical results and managing very small computer
systems projects.)  Other than my collegiate classes in forecasting
and project management, I have no experience in eBusiness.  The job is
?entry-level?, meaning entry level in eBusiness.  (The starting salary
is $60K.)

Working with people in other departments in products, marketing, systems:
* Business Internet Services
* Sales tracking flows
* Business customer sign-up for products
* Bill pay
* The processes, the flows, usability and data capture for the items listed above.

The researcher is not required to answer the items listed below in
this section, but if you know what they are please state what they are
and provide links that will educate me:
