I want to meet a nice girl, marry, and have children with her.  I live
in No. Calif., originally from the Midwest.  I have tried every method
known to man to meet a nice girl who wants what I want (websites,
churches, work, friends, etc).  I know they are "out there", but can't
connect.  I am well employed, educated, decent, and healthy.  Is there
a website, or other location, where women who are interested in the
same thing, can be found?  The usual online dating sites are either
full of fakes or flakes.  I want to connect with women who are
serious, not just fishing.  I was raised Christian, and am open to
meeting Mormons or other reasonable religeon.

Have you tried any of the Christian singles chat sites? I wouldn't
ordinarily recommend such a strategy, but I just witnessed an
incredible match between a young woman in my church and a nice young
man in Pennsylvania. All done over the chat first, then phone, and
then a visit for the first time this weekend. I'm not sure what
service she used but I am willing to find out if you have an interest.

Thanks for the suggestions.  I had never tried a Christian singles
chat site.  Do you have any names of them I can use?  I have been
using EHarmony for 8 months, but most of the women there dont want
children, or are just fishing, and do not seem serious. EHarmony
refuses to refer women under 39 to a 49 year old guy, so that limits
my options.  I am looking for women who are serious and know they want
marriage in their near future.
