Dear kimikae-ga, I have found variations of this phrase on forums which credited to Sidewalks of New York - 2001. However, an earlier reference is from a book by Bill Maher in which the phrase appears as a chapter heading. (My asterisks in each of the quotes) True Story : A Novel by Bill Maher Publisher: Simon & Schuster (June 6, 2000) Use the search inside feature see the contents page. ?Show me the most beautiful woman in the world, and somewhere there?s a guy who?s tired of ******* her?. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0684873605/ref=nosim/002-7051674-6947243?camp=2025&dev-t=D26XECQVNV6NDQ&link%5Fcode=xm2&n=283155 These are two forums which attribute it to Sidewalks of New York. Near the bottom of the page. ?Show me a good looking woman and I'll show you someone who's tired of ******* her? http://www.joblo.com/forums/showthread.php?s=eb5fc3b7ba4b2bc8fc0a3b4c8a799b94&postid=1815475 "Show me a beautiful woman and I'll show you a man who's tired of ****** her. http://www.videoasylum.com/films/messages/8322.html The quote does not appear on IMDB http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0239986/ I hope this answers your question. If it does not, or the answer is unclear, then please ask for clarification of this research before rating the answer. I shall respond to the clarification request as soon as I receive it. I do not know the movie it was used in, however, Rod Stewart issued the quote in a Playboy 20 questions interview when asked about breaking up with Brit Eckland. |

This phrase was fairly common as graffiti in the 1980s. |
