I would like to know informations about the immigrant population here
in US  and difficulties in medication compliance due to language
barrier or lack of resources ( financial). For example, if they go to
the doctor and are prescribed medication, and can not afford it, or
can afford but does not understand what they explain, so can not take
the correct medication
