You will see a map. In the approximate center of the map, you can see
the word "ATGAZENE", the name of this district of Riga. The street on
the right side of that word is Atgazenes iela.
I found out that the building marked with a blue "S" in a white square
is a school, with the address 26 Atgazenes iela. So the house numbers
you are looking for must be located at about halfway of the street,
directly next from the final letter of ATGAZENE, most likely on the
right side of the street since the numbers are even.

The mini-map in the upper right of the web site shows you where in
Riga Atgazenes iela is located. You can also zoom out to get an
impression of the steet's location.
