Is this a good car to buy. I like it but would like to get more
opinions. The car is in good condition and i am getting it from
private seller.

I got the car. its s80 2.9
can anyone recommend the best place to purchase car tires and what
brand will be best for this 2001 volvo s80 2.9

My company gives us executives cars and we had three 2001 Volvo S80
T6's for 36 months.  The 2001 had a number of technical alerts on it -
trim, lights, condensation in the lights, etc.  While I liked the car
and love my 2004 (Volvo gave us some great incentives for coming back)
I did not like the 2001.  Of the three of us, two hated the 2001 and
the third was indifferent at best.  I would recommend going with a
newer model where the problems from previous model years were taken
care of.
