I would like to find out about a German company called Emmerich and why they stopped operating, Emmerich made Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMh)batteries and I would also like to know if there were any law suits pending against Emmerich because of faulty batteries and whether their is any documented evidence of complaints regarding faulty Emmerich Nickel Metal Hyrdide batteries recorded any where in the world I'm particularly interested in their "button" battery packs model numbered N3H160 or N4H160. In summary; 1.Why did Emmerich close down ( was it because of suspect or faulty product) 2.Were there any law suits pending against Emmerich or their distributors worldwide. 3.Any recorded cases of faulty Emmerich NiMh batteries particularly the button cells mentioned. I will pay for information on each point seperately if required. | |

Greetings, I find no information about Emmerich Batterie AG having closed. Many sites offer the company's products, though I cannot be sure they sell just the ones you are interested in. http://www.sachon-exportadressbuch.de/cl/sid.php?PHPSESSID=8caf9a15bc515407adfd8ec260992978&f_lang=deu http://64.233.183.104/search?q=cache:w9JzAhN8GQEJ:www.emmerich-batterie.de/impressum.html+++%22emmerich+batterie+ag%22+&hl=en The company's website "www.emmerich-batterie.de" is not operating, which may have something to do with the German text on the second site. It refers to problems Emmerich had with other sites linked to its own. This is a free comment, of course, and not an "answer" to your question. Regards, Myoarin |
