I am looking to compile a list of private schools in the New York City
Area that have openings for English teachers at the high school level
for next fall (preferably full time, open to substitute teaching with
a regular schedule).  Location within the five burroughs does not
particularly matter if accessible on the subway.  Please include the
name of the school, contact
info, and any links to pertinent information.

I have found two databases that list jobs in private schools only.
However, I cannot guarantee that these are *all* the schools - these
list seem to be awfully short - in fact, only two openings for English
teachers.

I've encountered the same problem myself.  I'm afraid many schools
respond to inquiries only, but if there is a way to get around this -
and come up with say 10 or so names, I'd welcome the help.
