I would like to establish website that answers questions related to
specific country where I live. The questions can be related to
businesses, technology, history, economy, tourism, law or any other
relevant question.
The website is using similar concept like "Google Answers" but is
biased to my country matters only. Clients from all around the world
will be able to submit any question related to this country, price it
and get appropriate answer accordingly.
We plan to operate and maintain consultants in many different fields
that will answer questions that meet their price expectations (based
on 75% to Consultant 25% to us).
Once again, the mechanism is "Google Answer" likewise.
Supposing the website will be welcoming and user friendly, I have the
following questions:
1) What resources and investment are involved in such venture to
establish on line website?
2)How long it takes to establish such venture?
3)What exposure, marketing ands sales resources are required in order
to establish it properly?
4)Do we need to focus this website to specific audience (Technology
inquiries) or generic?
5) Does Google Answer concept is profitable? 
6) Do people and companies are willing to pay money in order to get answers?
9) How to price such services to make it attractive?
