I do not need chart info that is available in currently available
chart books. I am looking for Microfiche sheets of complete years of
Billboard magazine from the late 1970s and all of the 1980s.  There
was a company online 3 years ago with a catalog of periodicals
available to purchase on microfiche, but I can not locate that company
now. I've been told that I can find publisher info on copies of the
'fiche themselves, but haven't been to a library to look it up.

Search strategy:  Searched the WorldCat database at my local library
for [ Billboard ] and saw the microfiche was made available by
UMI/SIM.  A Google Search for [ university microfilms inc ] led me to
the SIM site.

Perfect answer, not only provided the company and site, but also how
to locate the information within the database they used and the price.
