question. On a brief search I have already found two doctors name
Kinloch. Perhaps a first name, a specific field of medicine, a phone
number, anything.

Thank you for your question. The short answer would be, yes, there
definitely is a Dr. Bruce Kinloch practicing in Australia. As far as I
could find, there is only one and he practices in Richmond, Victoria.

A search on the Docfind.com.au Australian Doctor Database, the largest
Australian doctor database, for a "B. Kinloch" over the whole of
Australia returned exactly one result:

Rehabilitation." Also note the Specialty of the Dr B. Kinloch

conclude that they two are one and the same.
