There are tons of legal decisions available online regarding
interpretations of union constitutions and bylaws.

But from a preliminary review, I did see any where a conflict between
the union's constitution and bylaws was at the heart of the case.

Can you tell me a bit more about what you're looking for?  With a few
more specifics, it may be possible to sort through the haystack of
opinions and find a few worthwhile "needles".
