I am looking for simple descriptions of techniques for competitive
intelligence analysis. Preferable, for the pharmaceutical industry.

For example, SWOT analyisis.

Let's suppose that you are given some printed information relevant to
the pharmaceutical industry and you have 2-3 hours to analyse it.
How would you do it?
(here I would like suggestions, that may well be the previouly
mentioned competitive intelligence analysis techniques).

I have reduced the amount I was going to pay, because I thought this
is now an much more easy question...

I was talking about SWOT analysis, Porter 5 forces, 4C's, etc. 
I have found that for myself (but I needed it before!), so I am going
to cancel the question...

Why nobody answered / commented my question...? This was not a
difficult question. And the price I was offering was fair for a quick
answer...
