I own a silver 1994 Toyota Celica hatchback. It's a great car, but
it's starting to show cosmetic signs of its age, so I'm thinking about
re-painting the whole car black. Could you find cost estimates for
this? I live in the metropolitan Washington, DC area (Arlington, VA).
It's very easy to find lists of body shops, but not so easy to find
estimates without driving to each shop. Also, is there any way to
determine the quality of work I will receive from a particular body
shop? Are they evaluated or graded in any way by a business or
automobile association?
