I'm under a 3 year contract for Tae Kwon Doe contract that I want out of now. It was stupid of me, and now with college and work I want out of it, along with a loss of interest. Do I have any options? It's a retail installment contract through a bank. I'm only four months into the contract, so I probably still owe over $1500 more. Thanks. |

You picked the wrong company to try to back out of a contract with. I would say offer to settle it outside but you are most likely to lose the fight. On a serious note, have you tried talking to them about it. Some people are forgiving if you have a good story. Good Luck, Paul |

A contract is a contract. You are legally required to fulfill it. Read your contract perhaps you can sell it to another person at a discount and at least get something back out of it. |
