Specialty electricians would also be of interest.

I may be underestimating the architectural marvels inherent to the
West Coast pool (in comparison to my quite unimpressive one back
East), but I may venture to say that electricians would more likely be
associated with pool design than electrical engineers.  Would a list
of respectively specialized electricians meet your consultant needs,
or are you specifically seeking the "expert witness" clout that
accompanies the registered/licensed professional engineer?  Thanks in
advance for your clarification.
