I am looking for books or articles on a redevelopment called the Depot
back in the early 70's. It was a restored railroad depot converted
into a restaurant by Plenge which won an Urban Land Institute Award
for the redevelopment of the property.

Hello abrintnall-ga,

Do you know where the Depot is located (city, state)?

Also, according to their website, the Urban Land Institute's awards
program began in 1979.

ULI.org Awards
http://www.uli.org/DK/uli_Awards_fst.html
"ULI has been recognizing development projects in both the public and
private sectors since 1979. With each award, the public becomes more
keenly aware of the benefits of superior planning, design, and
development, a goal of both the Institute and the development
industry."

I browsed through the list of awards going back to 1979 and I wasn?t
able to find anything that fit your description.

The depot was located in Pittsford New York outside of Rodchester New
York. Any info on this project would be great.
