If you are looking for a tutorial with an example exercise then this may help. http://www.sitepoint.com/books/phpmysql1/ I started with this article when it was originally on mysql's website. The author is now selling it in book form. You may be able to find it as an ebook on gnuetella. Here is another article.... http://php.about.com/od/buildingwebapplications/a/addressbook.htm |

PHP traning's are all over the web. You sould start with 1. Downloading and installing a http server (Apache is most common at http://httpd.apache.org/download.cgi) 2. Download PHP (stable versions are preferred for tranings at http://www.php.net/downloads.php) 3. Configure your http directory (where the .php\.html files are) on httpd.conf 4. Configure you PHP to work with your http server Or, you can download XAMPP, all-in-one package with Apache2, PHP5 and MYSQL from http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html (Supports Win, Linux and Mac OSX) There are several links that I have found for you to train PHP. a. http://www.fhso.ch/~huesler/php_e/php_ueb1_e.pdf - PDF file with pictures. (PDF Reader is required. Adobe Acrobat Reader is most common found at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html) b. http://www.phpconsulting.com/training.php c. http://www.cs.nott.ac.uk/~nxk/TEACHING/G6DHLL/PHP/exercises/PHP-Lab1.pdf Hope that helps. Good Traning. |
