I am looking for a place that can make some metal pendants.  

What I have in mind is something made out of a basic metal (steel,
aluminum, etc) about the size and shape of a half-dollar, with a
design cut through.  For the sake of simplicity, imagine that the
design is a letter "A".  I would also want the year cut through on the
bottom, and a small hole for a leather string to hang around the neck.

I would be ok with something basic and rough - like what I'd imagine
you would get from a more industrial place that doesn't make jewelry
per se.  I would also be interested in something more finished,
depending on the price.

I'm not sure how many of these I would want - it would depend on price
- but I'm imagining somewhere between 500 and 2000.  As to price,
obviously I want to keep it low as these would be to give away for
free.  I don't really know the market, but I'd hope I could get them
for less than $0.50 each.

I am looking for several options for places to get these pendants
made.  I don't even know where to start looking.  The jewelry makers
seem too expensive, and I tried looking under "metal stamping" but
that seemed too technical & industrial.

Can you help?
