I have found video and spoken to creator, Dan'l Simons. (Thanks,
Google!)But now looking for a speaker who used it (hopefully
w/permission) in an 04 or 05 conference - prob. a management or retail
(not scientific)conf. in the US. What are the names and phone numbers
of speakers who have used the Simons basketball and gorilla video at
'04 or '05 non-academic, non-scientific conferences? Thanks.

The "gorilla" video is available solely as part of the "Surprising
Studies of Visual Awareness" DVD from Viscog Productions
(http://www.viscog.com).  The DVD is designed as a presentation tool,
with menu-driven access to a number of videos that can be used to
induce failures of awareness in an audience (including the "gorilla"
video).  The videos can only be played from the DVD itself, so anyone
who has presented the "gorilla" video at a conference or meeting would
 have been using our DVD to do so (we do not permit the video to be
used in any other format).

The DVD is available for purchase, and you can use it in your
presentations.  Professor Simons is also available for public
presentations in non-academic settings as well.  If you have
