Anthropologie catalog?  You can access the catalog on-line by going to
anthropologie.com and "shopping by catalog" pg. 40 if you do not have
a hard copy of the catalog itself.  It is handpainted flower wallpaper
with an advertisement for shoes on the page.

What makes you think that it's hand painted? It looks like
conventional printed floral wallpaper. See, for example, the paper at 
http://store.yahoo.com/wallpapers/spflmaflwabo.htm

I'm not sure if you have the catalog or are looking at in on the
internet but when you look at the catalog you can tell that parts of
the flowers are hand painted.  I'll take a look at the papers you
recommended.
