Hi, I was desperate not to go over my due date. My doula recommended a supplement to be started at about 36 weeks that contained both blue and black cohosh. I can't recall its' name but there is some good all-round advice to be had here. http://www.aafp.org/afp/20030515/2123.html Foodwise, anecdotal advice says have a good spicy curry. P.S. I gave birth one day after my due date |
