2 part request. You must answer #1 to collect money, but answering #2
is not required, but you will receive a bonus for doing so.
1. I am looking for sample or real "Online Media Plans" that outlines
which sites or ad networks are recommended, why they were recommended,
CPM rate for each site, cost per acquistion, click through rate,
amount of buy etc. You may not find all these variables. Ideally,
would like 3-4 plans to choose from.

2. Are there free online media plan tools that would be helpful.
