Was Erich Kunzel's "American Fantasia" ever re-released on CD?  I have
it on a DBX-encoded vinyl, Turnabout TV 34714.

I believe this Turnabout CD contains the same material as your LP:

What do we know, if anything, about the performers on the CD?  Mine is
Kunzel and the Cin'ti Pops, recorded in 1977 in Cin'ti.  If that
matches, this would be a very fine answer indeed.

I found another copy of the same CD on a different UK site. Although
there is no date or location of performance listed, this certainly
seems to be what you're seeking. The CD does feature Erich Kunzel and
the Cincinnati Pops:

Excellent and efficient answer - found the CD I was looking for.

This does not seem to be exactly the same as the CD mentioned above,
but it has a version of "American Fantasia" by Kunzel & the Cincinatti
