I would do this myself but i am on my way out of the door and need
this to be done when i come back so my question is:

I dont live in the US or Europe and i would like to send something to
London (laptop) i would like to know the shipping rates before i ship
it how can i find that? I know how heavy it is and how big it is but i
would like to know the price.

Any link would be great. Thanks

It depends on where you live (where you're shipping from) - where is that?

" One rate is no rate".  Always compare rates when it comes to
shipping.  Though UPS is one of top carriers, it does mean that they
have the best proces always, though some areas they are the cheapes,
for example, ground service from the USA to Canada.  Try the followng:

www.fedex.com
www.homeshipping.com
www.dhl-usa.com
www.freightquote.com

all the above provide international services.  compare rates, before you ship.
