Regarding average costs in Andalucia (and everywhere else) it is
important to know that this is a very relative concept, as the costs
will vary depending on materials, the shape of the ground and things
like that. It is also important to know if what you are building is a
house or an industrial biulding, or offices. So, taking all this in
consideration I can say that costs in inland Andalucia are:
- Industrial building: 240 euros per sq. meter.
- Offices: starting from 350 euros per sq. meter and up.
- House: the average is around 500 euros per sq. meters.
